Connie Cha is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience across various roles and industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at LloydsDirect since May 2020 and as a member of the Advisory Board at Unrest, Connie plays a pivotal role in supporting entrepreneurs in launching impactful businesses. Prior roles include Head of Finance at eve sleep, where Connie oversaw financial leadership and compliance, and CEO & Co-founder at taxforward. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Chartered Accountancy ACA from ICAEW, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Acting from Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
