Previous roles at LMAX include Director of Technical Operations and Head of Systems, where Andy focused on enhancing team collaboration across infrastructure, networks, security, and development to optimize system performance. Prior to LMAX, Andy worked at Betfair in various positions including Systems Architecture Manager and Information Systems Architect, driving technical design and product launches. Andy holds a PhD in Astronomy from the University of London.
