Prior to LMAX Group, Barbara was a partner at Granit Capital, providing consulting services for companies in the CIS, and served as an advisor to the Chairman of a CIS-focused private equity firm, focusing on preparing a portfolio company for an IPO. Barbara's career began at Deloitte as a manager in the Strategy practice, advising prominent global companies on strategic initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from London Business School and a B.S. in Finance, Marketing, and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
