With a notable career spanning over two decades, Jay held senior roles at Brown Brothers Harriman as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Currency Administration, and at State Street Global Markets as Managing Director and Head of Currency Management. Jay holds a CFA designation from The CFA Institute and earned a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
