With offices in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Tulsa, Oklahoma LMC is strategically located to support State and Federal agencies, counties, cities, municipalities, Independent school districts, universities and hospital systems across the state of Texas and the surrounding areas. LMC is a registered SBE, MBE and HUB company. As an award-winning Job Order Contracting (J.O.C.) specialist, LMC holds independent J.O.C. contracts with many of its clients. The J.O.C. system allows for LMC to respond quickly and effectively to client needs, however large or small a project may be. LMC is also a participant of many Cooperative Buying Programs including BuyBoard, Choice Partners, EZ-IQC, GoodBuy, NJPA, PACE, TIPS, TxMas, PACE and Viziant. The Co-Op system allows for clients without an independent J.O.C. program to still benefit from LMC's proven expertise in this workflow. From its inception, LMC operated with the idea that by delivering quality workmanship with the utmost integrity, the company could build return-client relationships that would allow the company to grow. Under this value-based ideology, LMC operated as an 8A contractor providing construction and maintenance services for NASA, the US Postal Service and the Department of Defense. After completing the 8A program LMC continued to serve many of its federal partners and expanded its client list to include county governments, universities and independent school districts. Today LMC has completed thousands of jobs for hundreds of clients and still prides itself in the Quality, Integrity and Workmanship that it delivers on every project.
