Mark Radford has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Mark is currently the Chief Executive Officer at LMI Technologies, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at LMI Technologies from March 2017 to January 2021. Mark also held the positions of Director of Operations, Director of Technology, R&D Manager, R&D Sensor Group Manager, Optical/Mechanical Team Lead, and Mechanical Engineer in the research and development department of LMI Technologies from 2006 to 2017. Before joining LMI Technologies, Mark worked briefly as a Technical Director at General Electric in 2006. Mark gained valuable experience as a Process Engineer (Co-op) at Catalyst Paper in 2005 and as a Mechanical Engineer (Co-op) at Stantec and Technology Brewing in 2004 and 2003 respectively.

Mark Radford attended The University of British Columbia from 2000 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering Physics with a Mechanical Option, along with a minor in Commerce.
