Manish Sharan

Manish Sharan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Head for L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore IC, where leadership encompasses global HR operations across multiple countries. With a career at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited since March 2007, Manish has held several significant roles, including Head of Human Resources Offshore SBG and CoE & Global Head Talent Acquisition, Digitalization & Analytics, focusing on leadership hiring, employer branding, and talent acquisition policy implementation. Previous experience includes a position as Chief Manager at Reliance from 2001 to 2007. Manish holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Lucknow and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Vinoba Bhave University, along with an Executive MBA in Strategic Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
