Sudarshan Mukherjee

Sudarshan Mukherjee currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Business Operations at LoadShare Networks, leading last-mile hyperlocal and e-commerce logistics while managing a team of over 150 individuals. With a strong background in operational efficiency and partnership building, Sudarshan has held pivotal roles in prestigious organizations. Previously, as Category Director at Vedantu, Sudarshan specialized in early learning for math and coding, overseeing course development and market strategies. Sudarshan's experience at Swiggy included positions as General Manager and Senior Manager, where responsibilities spanned across central operations and business P&L for multiple regions. Earlier roles included Senior Marketing Manager at Pearson and Brand Manager at Dabur India Limited, where Sudarshan handled various portfolios, and began the career as a Management Trainee. Sudarshan holds an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
