Claire Jolcover

Claire Jolcover, CSP, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner Manager and Human Resources Business Partner currently working at Loadsmart since November 2021. With a focus on leveraging data-driven solutions in the logistics industry, Claire plays a key role in talent acquisition. Prior to Loadsmart, Claire served as a Talent Management Partner and Consultant at Advanced Resources from March 2015 to November 2021, working to help clients secure top talent across various sectors. Earlier experience includes a role as a Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services and as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom, where Claire contributed to sales growth and exceptional customer service. Claire holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Western Illinois University, earned in 2012.
