Hai Nguyen

Hai Nguyen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Loadsmart since September 2023, Hai previously held the position of VP of Engineering at NavTrac until its acquisition by Loadsmart in September 2023. With a solid background as a Lead Software Engineer at NexHealth and various leadership roles including CTO at Enlive and Senior Software Engineer at Pinch AI, Hai has successfully led engineering teams in developing innovative platforms, often leveraging machine learning and AI. Further experience includes software engineering roles at Vixlet, OwnerIQ, Inc., OHO, Tatto Media, and Arnold Worldwide, where Hai contributed to various web applications and solutions that enhanced operational efficiency and client performance. Hai holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisville.
