Chris Shafto

Chris Shafto is an experienced professional in product management and technical roles, currently serving as Product Manager and Product Officer at Loam Bio since January 2021, where responsibilities also included serving as Field and Technical Officer. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Officer and Technical Assistant at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment from 2017 to January 2021, as well as a Pool Lifeguard with Narrabri Shire Council from 2016 to 2017. Chris Shafto holds a Bachelor of Agriculture (Honours) from the University of Tasmania, earned between 2018 and 2019, focused on evaluating mite species damage on cotton, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology with a specialization in Molecular Biology from RMIT University, completed from 2013 to 2016, alongside a Victorian Certificate of Education from Tintern Grammar.
