Phoebe Swinn Yap

Phoebe Swinn Yap is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, product management, and business development within the agricultural and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance and Control Lead at Loam Bio since May 2022, Phoebe has been instrumental in developing risk assessment frameworks for long-term soil carbon projects and overseeing key operational processes for carbon markets. Previously, in the role of Chief Product Officer at AgriG8, Phoebe focused on facilitating financing for smallholder farmers, while earlier positions included business development roles at Golden Sunland and We Are Caring. Phoebe holds a Bachelor's with Honours in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and has also participated in the NUS Overseas Colleges program in New York.
