Niteshkumar Shah

Niteshkumar Shah is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Director of the Agile Center of Excellence at loanDepot since July 2020, Niteshkumar has held various roles including Scrum Master and Principal, as well as Scrum Master at the Senior level. Previously, Niteshkumar was employed at Endeavour Software Technologies from February 2014 to July 2020, achieving the title of Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities included managing project deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and team performance. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, and Operational Manager at various organizations, emphasizing the establishment of Agile environments and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Niteshkumar holds a B.Com in Commerce from South Gujarat University obtained between 1998 and 2001.
