Roya Mehrfar

Roya Mehrfar is an experienced HR Technology Configurations Analyst with a strong background in HRIS and system migrations, particularly utilizing Workday and PeopleSoft. At loanDepot, Roya successfully managed data integrity and developed complex reports within Workday. Previous roles include contributions at CHOC Children's for optimizing HCM systems, and leading HR system migrations at ECMC Shared Services. Also served as a Technical Lead at both Zenith Education Group and Corinthian Colleges, providing support and customizations for PeopleSoft applications. Roya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Math/Computer Science from UCLA.
