Timothy Weiler

Timothy Weiler is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in credit policy and underwriting. Currently serving as SVP of Enterprise Credit Policy at loanDepot since February 2017, Timothy has previously held senior positions at Banc of California and Discover Home Loans, Inc., where responsibilities included the creation of internal credit policies and staff training. Additionally, Timothy has held various roles in credit policy and underwriting at Home Loan Center, IndyMac Bank, and GMAC Mortgage LLC. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Timothy has developed expertise in agency, government, and non-conventional lending products.
