Winnie Choo is a seasoned professional in the field of food safety and quality assurance with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Loblaw Companies Limited since September 2010, Winnie Choo has effectively managed over 100 vendors, performed audits, and led initiatives around food safety training and quality management in areas such as meat and seafood. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Assurance Supervisor at TMF-The Meat Factory Ltd., Quality Assurance & Food Safety Technician at Maple Leaf Fresh Foods, and Quality Assurance Manager at Alar Foods and Packaging, where significant contributions were made to HACCP certification and the implementation of quality management systems. Choo holds an educational background from Centennial College, completed between 2002 and 2005.
