Carmen Attikossie

Carmen Attikossie is a co-founder of Golden Palm Foods, a social impact food startup that promotes Togolese and West African food culture through consumer packaged goods. In addition, Carmen serves as the Senior Small Business Development Manager at Local First Arizona, the largest nonprofit supporting local small businesses in the U.S. Previous roles include Learning and Development Specialist at Uber, where curriculum and training were designed for various business lines, and Head of the Student Ventures Program at the African Leadership University in Rwanda, focused on equipping students with entrepreneurial skills. Carmen's early career included positions at Mary's Pence as a Communication & Development Intern and at the Quantum Learning Network as a Logistics Coordinator, along with mentorship at St. Catherine University. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from St. Catherine University, along with studies in French Studies at the Center for Critical Studies and Political Science at the University of Ghana.
