David Greenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community research, policy advocacy, and education. Currently serving as Vice President of Community Research and Impact at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Greenberg leads research and program design initiatives aimed at promoting equity and effective implementation across the organization’s network. Previous roles include Instructor at The New School, Senior Research Associate at MDRC, Policy Director at the Association for Neighborhood & Housing Development, and researcher for the Massachusetts Association of CDCs, among others. Greenberg holds a PhD in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MA in Creative Writing from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in English Language and Literature from Yale University.
