Sasha Werblin

Sasha Werblin currently serves as the Director of Economic Development at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), where previous roles included Senior Program Officer and Program Officer. From July 2022 to September 2023, Sasha was a Fulcrum Fellow at the Center for Community Investment, focusing on community investment and racial equity. Prior experience includes working as Executive Staff for Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives at Self-Help Federal Credit Union, Economic Equity Director at The Greenlining Institute, and various roles at organizations such as New Leaders Council, The OpEd Project, and the U.S. House of Representatives. Sasha holds an MBA from Mills College and is pursuing a certificate in Real Estate Development from USC, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from Smith College.
