Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Lock Search Group since May 2023, Jackson previously held various leadership roles at Labatt Breweries of Canada from May 2013 to May 2023. Key achievements include managing a diverse team of 14 as a District Sales Manager, where market share was reversed in 2020. As a Senior Manager for Western Canada, Jackson implemented a strategic yearly plan with a significant budget, enhancing brand focus and profitability. Earlier career experience includes regional management and sales roles at Labatt and Stormtech Performance Apparel, underscoring a strong background in business development and sales strategy.
