Michelle Declercq

Michelle Declercq has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Michelle is currently the Managing Director DACH at Locke Staffing Group, where they are responsible for growing the German and wider European business. Prior to this, they worked at Frank Recruitment Group as a Business Manager for Switzerland & Austria, and later as a Manager for Switzerland and Austria. Their role involved expanding the market presence of Frank Recruitment Group and providing expert resourcing services to clients. Michelle also held positions as a Team Leader and Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in the placement of Microsoft Dynamics professionals in the Benelux region. Michelle has previous experience as an Intern at The Java Coffee Company and Deloitte Belgium. Additionally, they worked as the LCM Outgoing Exchange representative at AIESEC Leuven, where they were responsible for promoting and implementing internship programs.
