Janet O'Connor

Janet O'Connor, SHRM-SCP, CPP, CPSP, has extensive experience in human resources and corporate functions, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Functions HR and Senior Vice President of Total Rewards & People Operations at Lockton. Previously, Janet held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources Operations at the same company. Earlier career roles include Implementation Manager at ProPay LLC, and Senior HR Systems Analyst at both YRC Freight and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Janet O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from Webster University.
