Geoff Meyerson has a diverse and accomplished work experience in the life sciences industry. Geoff is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Locust Walk, a global life science transaction firm. Geoff started this company in 2008 and has been leading its integrated team-based approach in delivering the right deals for biopharma and medtech companies. Geoff has also co-founded and served as the President of The BioBreak Organization, a non-profit organization that brings together senior executives from the biotech, pharma, medtech, and diagnostics industries. Geoff's goal with this organization is to foster relationships, find business partners, and share best practices. Additionally, they are a Board Member and Co-founder of CRUSH Life Sciences, which provides educational content and events for current and future life science executives to enhance their leadership skills. Geoff is a Member of YPO, a global leadership community, and serves as the Organizer and Co-founder of Family Office BioForum, an exclusive platform for high net worth investors and family offices to discuss and invest in the life sciences. Prior to these roles, Geoff founded Evolved Capital, Inc., offering tools to help manage the deal process for VCs, entrepreneurs, and advisors. Geoff has also held positions at Zelos Therapeutics, SR One, MedImmune, and UBS Investment Bank, gaining experience in business development, finance, and analysis. Geoff's work experience is extensive and varied, reflecting their expertise and strong presence in the life sciences industry.
Geoff Meyerson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Duke University between 1998 and 2002. Geoff then pursued a Masters degree in Biotechnology at the University of Pennsylvania, completing it from 2004 to 2005. Geoff furthered their education at The Wharton School, where they earned an MBA with a focus on Health Care Management from 2005 to 2007.
