Adrian Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently, they serve as the Chief of Staff and CHRO at Lodestone Security since July 2022, where they play a crucial role in turning around the cybersecurity services firm. Adrian is a member of the executive leadership team and provides thought partnership, coaching, and advisory support to the C-Suite and board.
Prior to their current role, Adrian worked at Beazley for a significant portion of their career. Adrian held the position of Head of Group HR Operations from September 2019 to June 2022 and was responsible for leading global HR operations for the multinational insurance company. Adrian was also a member of the US management committee and represented US HR on global HR initiatives. Before that, Adrian served as the Head of HR, North America at Beazley from October 2008 to September 2019. In this position, they oversaw various strategic programs and supported mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. During their tenure, Beazley experienced significant growth, with increased premiums and a quadrupled workforce.
Adrian also worked at Beazley as an HR Manager from August 2006 to September 2008, where they played a key role in building out the HR function. Adrian developed a long-term strategic plan and implemented various HR processes. Additionally, Adrian served on the board of Lodestone from January 2017 to May 2022.
Before joining Beazley, Adrian gained experience at Lloyds Banking Group. Adrian held the positions of Senior HR Business Partner, Corporate Banking from January 2004 to July 2006 and Employee Relations Manager from July 2000 to December 2003. Adrian's performance and contributions led to promotions during their time at Lloyds.
