Jenni Jetzer

Jenni Jetzer currently serves as Group People Director at Lodge Service and EMPS - Employers Mutual Protection Service, roles held since October and November 2021, respectively. With extensive experience in HR, Jetzer previously worked as HR Manager at Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, HR Business Partner at Nationwide Building Society, and held several positions within Mitie, focusing on operational and strategic HR functions. Early career experience includes roles at BBC Magazines Bristol and Avon and Somerset Probation. Jetzer holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of the West of England, along with certifications as a NLP Practitioner and Business and Life Coach. Areas of expertise include performance management, change management, and supporting wellbeing initiatives within organizations.
