Cristina Moya

Cristina Moya has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Receptionist and Waitress at Catalonia Hotels & Resorts. Cristina then worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at NH Hotel Group in 2014. In 2015, they held various roles including Administrative at Hotusa, Tourism Officer at Consorci de Turisme de Barcelona, and Management VIP Coordinator & VIP Services for Airlines at GIS Trade Center. Cristina also worked as a Business Travel Consultant at American Express Global Business Travel, where they were responsible for creating bookings for transportation and accommodations. In 2016, Moya joined Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in their Management IT Program, where they gained experience in reservations/billing, revenue management, group sales, human resources, front office, and housekeeping. Currently, they work at Lodgify as an Associate Product Manager. Prior to this role, they served as a Support Team Lead and Senior Support Specialist at the same company.

Cristina Moya completed their Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they participated in the ERASMUS+ Programme European Commission at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management.

Furthermore, Cristina obtained several certifications, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Scrum Manager in December 2022. Cristina also completed a course on Teamwork: management, development, and motivation at Eurecat Academy in May 2021 and a course on Personal Productivity offered by Google in April 2020. In terms of language proficiency, Cristina obtained a German A2 Certificate from Universität Wien in September 2015. Additionally, they acquired the Amadeus Certificate (Booking, emission, and rates) and the Orbiswin Administration Certificate from Escuela Universitaria de Turismo y Dirección Hotelera (UAB) in May 2014.
