Joanna Dobkowska

Joanna Dobkowska is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in performance management, employee engagement, and talent development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lodgify since June 2023, Joanna previously held roles at TMF Group, including Head of Digital Learning and Engagement, where key accomplishments included managing performance management processes and driving employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, Joanna has experience as a lecturer at Vistula University and as a project management analyst at Accenture, alongside various roles in recruitment and project administration at CBG and Lionbridge Poland. Joanna holds a PhD in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, along with multiple degrees in the same field and related disciplines.
