Shaishav Dharia

Shaishav Dharia is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO of Townships and Rental Assets and Director of Green Digital Infrastructure at Lodha Group since July 2010. In this role, Shaishav oversees a substantial residential portfolio, including the development of Palava City, and manages the company's Rental Assets business, which features diverse asset classes such as industrial and logistics parks. Prior experience includes acting as Regional CEO responsible for P&L across various developments and a consulting background at McKinsey & Company as President of Strategy.
