Dr. Roland Aeckersberg

Dr. Roland Aeckersberg has a diverse work experience. Dr. Roland started their career as a project engineer at GWE Wärme- und Energietechnik GmbH & Co. KG in 2009. After three years, they moved on to Loesche GmbH, where they held the position of Process Engineer from 2012 to March 2020. During their time at Loesche GmbH, they also took on the role of Senior Manager of Process Engineering & Plant Safety, starting in April 2020. Alongside their industry experience, Dr. Aeckersberg has also been involved in academia, working as a scientific employee at RWTH Aachen University from 2004 to 2009 and as a visiting lecturer from 2009 onwards.

Dr. Roland Aeckersberg completed their education in fuel engineering at RWTH Aachen University. From 2000 to 2005, they obtained their Dipl.-Ing. degree in fuel engineering. Later, they pursued their Dr.-Ing. degree in fuel engineering at the same university and completed it in 2011.
