Matt Ferguson

Matt Ferguson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, consulting, and sales. As the Founder of MDF Coaching and Consulting since February 2022, Matt operates as a self-employed consultant. Additionally, Matt serves as a Strategic Advisor at Loffa Interactive Group on a part-time basis, starting in February 2023. Previously, Matt worked as a Project Consultant for Allied Outdoor Solutions from January 2021 to September 2022, and contributed as Volunteer Staff at Startup Grind from December 2018 to February 2021. Furthermore, Matt held the position of Director of Inside Sales at Home Care Assistance from February 2020 to January 2021. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Adrian College earned in June 2002 and completion of high school at Rocky River High School in 1998.
