Deanna Glaze has a strong background in experience and product design. Deanna currently works as an Experience Design Director at Loft. Prior to that, they were a Product Design Consultant at Deanna Glaze Design. Deanna also has experience as a UX Director and Sr. UX Manager at Virgin Pulse, a User Experience Design Lead at Amazon, and a Senior UX Manager at Audible, Inc. Additionally, they have held roles such as Sr. Product Designer at Blackboard, Sr. User Experience Architect at Connective DX, and Product Designer at Microsoft. Deanna began their career as a Sr. User Experience Designer at Amazon.com and as a Contractor, Interactive Art Director/UX Designer at Microsoft Unified Communications.
Deanna Glaze attended Cornish College of the Arts from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a field of study in Graphic Design. Afterward, they enrolled at Harvard University Extension School to further develop their skills in Creative Writing and Literature. Deanna has also obtained additional certifications, including "Design Thinking: Venture Design" from LinkedIn in September 2021 and "Change Leadership" from LinkedIn in April 2021.
