Sebastian Ross

Sebastian Ross is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Co-Founder and Director of the School of Founders at IESE Business School, Sebastian also serves as an Entrepreneur In Residence. Previously, Sebastian held multiple positions at Capitalismo Consciente España, including Co-Founder, Managing Director, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, where Sebastian remains a Member and Chairman Emeritus. In addition, Sebastian is a Co-Founder of Dexter Ventures and has served as an Advisor at Telemedicine Clinic while holding a Board Member position at Loftus Bradford Executive Search. Sebastian Ross holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cologne and completed the Entrepreneurial Master Program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
