Jelena Nikčević has experience working as a Business Support Officer and Office Assistant at Logate since July 2016. Prior to that, Jelena interned at the Secretariat for Local Self-Government from January 2013 to October 2013, where Jelena worked on an action plan for youth Podgorica. In January 2011, Jelena served as a Project Manager at NGO „ALPHA CENTAR“, where Jelena focused on researching civil-military relations and promoting Montenegro’s NATO membership. Jelena holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Specialist degree in International Relations from the Faculty of Political Science in Podgorica. Jelena completed their secondary education at Gimnazija "Stojan Cerovic" in Niksic.
