Jan-Jaap Atema

Jan-Jaap Atema currently serves as the Head of FP&A at LOGEX, a role initiated in July 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Prior to this, Jan-Jaap held the position of Senior Director M&A / Finance at Revalize from 2022 to 2024, leading M&A efforts within the B2B SaaS sector. Jan-Jaap also spent four years at Accruent, where responsibilities ranged from directing FP&A functions to managing corporate development and overseeing major B2B SaaS solutions. Earlier experience includes a Vice President role at ING focusing on structured finance transactions and an Associate position at Clifford Chance, specializing in M&A and corporate finance. Academic credentials encompass an Executive Master of Finance & Control from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, an MBA from INSEAD, and a Master of Laws from the University of Groningen.
