Craig Baxter

Craig Baxter serves as the Group CFO and Group Financial Controller at Logicalis since April 2019, following a tenure as Finance Director and Financial Controller at Logicalis UK&I from February 2016 to April 2019, and as Group Finance Manager from July 2009 to February 2016. With a strong background in finance, Craig Baxter has extensive experience in producing consolidated group financial statements, managing audit processes, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Prior to joining Logicalis, Craig Baxter worked as an Audit Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers from March 2006 to April 2009. Craig Baxter holds a CA (SA) designation from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and degrees in Commerce and Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
