Derrick Shaw

Derrick Shaw serves as the Director of Business Operations at LogicMonitor since July 2021, focusing on driving success through commissions, incentives, data, and process management. Previously, Derrick held significant roles at Accruent, including Director of Renewals & Operations and Director of Revenue Operations, where oversight of 23 team members and management of revenue operations were key responsibilities. Derrick's early career included positions such as Associated Director of Strategic Programs, Senior Manager and Renewals & Collections Manager, and Associate Account Manager, demonstrating extensive experience in data operations, account management, and negotiating renewals. Derrick began his career in sales as a Sales Associate at Cbeyond and later served as an Assistant Account Manager at brandmuscle. Derrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
