Mena Mikhaeil

Mena Mikhaeil has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Mena started their career in 2008 as an IT Level 1 Support at Orange, where they provided technical assistance and troubleshooting. Mena then joined Arab African International Bank in 2012 as an Information Technology Support Specialist, where they provided support in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems. In 2020, Mena joined Infosys Ltd as an Associate AWS Cloud Operations Engineer, specializing in cloud operations and managing AWS environments. Currently, they are working at Logicworks as a Cloud Support Associate (Tier 2), where they provide advanced technical support in cloud computing. Mena's work experience showcases their expertise and growth in the IT industry.

Mena Mikhaeil completed an Associate's degree in Engineering Science from Hudson County Community College between 2014 and 2017. In 2018, Mena pursued a Bachelor's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, completing it in 2019. Mena then participated in an IT Support Training Program at Per Scholas from 2019 to 2020.

Additionally, Mena Mikhaeil obtained several certifications. Mena became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in March 2022 and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in December 2022. Mena also holds CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ certifications, acquired in May 2020 and March 2020, respectively. Mena holds multiple Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications, including AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, all obtained in 2021. Furthermore, Mena acquired the HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002) certification in April 2023.
