Michael Wallraven has extensive experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Logward since April 2023. Prior to this, they were an Advisory Board Member at Prequel Ventures, a venture capital firm focusing on European supply chain startups. In 2021, they worked as the Managing Director and Vice President DACH & CEE at project44, a leading Advanced Visibility Platform for shippers, third-party logistics firms, and carriers. From 2017 to 2021, they held the position of Managing Director and Regional Vice President Germany, Austria, Switzerland at LLamasoft, where they enabled organizations to optimize their supply chain operations. Michael also served as the Sector Lead Life Sciences & Consumer Healthcare EMEA at Elementum SCM and GT Nexus - an Infor company. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Managing Director at Exclusive Brand Retail, aziza Full Service eCommerce, and as the Regional Director EMEA at InterWorld Corp. Michael started their career at Manugistics, where they worked in the Strategic Business Unit EMEA.
Michael Wallraven attended the University of Cologne from 1986 to 1988. However, no degree or specific field of study was mentioned during this period. From 1988 to 1992, Michael then enrolled at Hochschule Niederrhein where they obtained a degree in Marketing and Procurement, specifically a Dipl. Kfm. (FH).
