Nibhrant Shah is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the luxury real estate and services sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Isprava since August 2012, Nibhrant has led the design and construction of high-end holiday villas across India. In addition, Nibhrant founded Lohono Stays in January 2019, which has emerged as Asia's premier luxury home rental and experiences platform. Previously, Nibhrant founded Themis Consult in January 2011, a consultancy that enhances efficiency for over 250 clients across various industries in accounting, taxation, HR, and company secretary functions until October 2022. Nibhrant began a career in investment banking as an Associate at HSBC from September 2006 to June 2009, and holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University, obtained in 2006.
