Paban Jena is a seasoned professional in revenue growth, strategy, and operations within the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently serving as VP of Revenue Growth, Strategy & Home Acquisition at Lohono Stays since April 2022, Paban drives financial performance and market research initiatives within the luxury hotel industry. Previous roles include Vice President at OLX Group, where Paban managed a significant profit and loss responsibility while enhancing customer experiences in the used car market, and Head of B2C at OYO, overseeing all aspects of holiday package offerings. Paban's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at airtel, where revenue management and market expansion were key focuses, and various positions in business development and relationship management early in the career. Paban holds an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, as well as additional business qualifications from AICAR Business School and Berhampur University.
