Fernanda Hipskind serves as Managing Attorney at Loigica since January 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing the EB2-NIW department along with paralegals, attorneys, and business consultants. Previously, as a Business Immigration Attorney and Associate Attorney at Reinhardt Savic Foley LLP from August 2021 to May 2023, various employment and investment-based cases were managed, including complex matters requiring motions and requests for evidence. Prior to that, as Supervising Attorney at the Council of Peoples Organization from June 2018 to June 2021, Fernanda focused on immigration matters and increased departmental efficiency while handling numerous cases annually. Early legal experiences include internships at the Florida Department of Children and Families, the Law Offices of the Public Defender, and The Trial Professionals, as well as teaching civil procedure at St. Thomas University School of Law, where a Doctor of Law degree was earned. Fernanda's educational background also includes a Legal Studies degree from the University of Central Florida and an Associate degree in Criminal Justice from Miami Dade College.
