Kristijan Takasmanov has a diverse work experience in various roles related to information technology and project management. Kristijan began their career in 2007 as a Senior Teaching Assistant and System Architect at MIT Skopje - Faculty of Information Technology. In 2008, they worked as a Visiting Lecturer at New York University Skopje.
In 2009, Takasmanov joined Itea Solutions as a Product Development Director and COO. After that, they transitioned to Winner Insurance - Vienna Insurance Group in 2010, where they served as the Director of IT, reporting/BI, process, and product development.
From 2011 to 2015, Takasmanov held various positions at Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe, including Director for Development, reporting/BI, and ICT at Winner Insurance and Director of IT, Process, and Product Development at Winner Life Insurance.
In 2015, they joined Croatia Insurance Company Plc. as the Head of ICT, Software, and Product Development, with a specialization in reporting/BI. Kristijan later became an ICT Consultant in 2020, focusing on software project and product management, systems and enterprise architecture, and reporting/BI.
Recently, Takasmanov joined Loka in 2020 as a Senior Technical Project Manager. Kristijan is now the Senior Technical Project Manager and PM Lead, responsible for overseeing and leading project management initiatives.
Kristijan Takasmanov completed their education at the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield. Kristijan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering and Telecommunications from 2006 to 2007 at the same institution.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Kristijan Takasmanov has also obtained several certifications. Kristijan acquired the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in March 2020. In February 2020, they received the ITIL v4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In May 2016, they completed an intensive preparatory course for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification offered by Semos Education. In November 2012, they completed the Business Process Management - VIG Job Rotation Programme certification provided by Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe. Lastly, in July 2020, they obtained the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate certification from Oracle.
