Monica Yohanna Sembiring is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in legal compliance and documentation. Currently serving as a Senior Legal and Legal Compliance Officer at LOKET since October 2018, Monica is responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, monitoring contractual validity, managing company licenses, ensuring LKPM reporting, and conducting legal research. Prior to this role, Monica gained valuable experience as a Legal Support and during internships at Leks&Co, Chaerani Mashudi & Partners, and Kementerian Dalam Negeri, where tasks included legal research, document preparation, and coordination with various stakeholders. Academically, Monica holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universitas Trisakti and has completed Professional Legal Education for Lawyers at Faizal Hafied & Partners Education of Law.
