Lilias Adair

Lilias Adair is a Senior Design Researcher with experience working with various companies and organizations, focusing on putting user problems and goals at the center of design decisions. They have a background in service design, user research, and visual communications design to support the development of community membership offers and strategic business futures. Adair has also led design research projects for product discovery, designed service solutions during the COVID-19 crisis, and collaborated with councils and community partners on tackling social issues. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design from Goldsmiths, University of London.
