Daniel Suter is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in IT Service Management and support. Since October 2012, Daniel has held various roles at the London Metal Exchange, including Senior ITSM Developer and ITSM / Service Transition Change Manager, leading significant ITSM tool transitions and overseeing the Change Management lifecycle. Prior to this, Daniel worked as an IT Support Analyst for Baker & McKenzie, and as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Watson, Farley & Williams, providing 1st and 2nd line support to diverse users. Daniel's early career includes positions as an IT Support Analyst at Davies Arnold Cooper LLP and a Junior Support Analyst at Macfarlanes. Educational qualifications include a GNVQ in Business/Economics and 9 GCSEs from Woodbridge High School.
