Gavin Hill has an extensive background in regulatory affairs and market infrastructure. Starting at KPMG as a Regulatory Consultant, Gavin then moved on to the Financial Services Authority as an Associate in Market Infrastructure. Gavin later transitioned to the Financial Conduct Authority as a Manager in Derivative Markets, before joining the World Federation of Exchanges as Head of Regulatory Affairs. Currently, Gavin is the Chief Compliance Officer at LME Clear at the London Metal Exchange. Gavin graduated from The University of Manchester with a degree in Mathematics with Business Management in 1998.
