Frances Walker

Frances Walker serves as the Head of Digital Services at London North Eastern Railway since March 2023, where leadership focuses on developing a comprehensive digital strategy and delivering a range of digital products to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Frances held various leadership positions at NHS Business Services Authority from June 2017 to March 2023, including Head of Digital Delivery, where efforts centered on revising customer experience strategies and driving innovation. With a career that includes significant roles at Home Group, Newcastle Upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust, and Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust, Frances has consistently demonstrated expertise in project and service development across healthcare organizations. Frances holds an Executive MBA from Newcastle University and a BA in Modern Languages from the same institution.
