Gerard Cafaro

Gerard Cafaro currently serves as the Head of Workflow Solutions Sales for the Americas at LSEG, where responsibilities include leading a sales team focused on desktop and digital/data solutions for wealth customers, as well as developing strategic sales plans to enhance revenue and market penetration. Previously, Gerard was Co-Head of Americas Index Sales at FTSE Russell, achieving significant sales targets while leading teams across Canada and the U.S. Other roles at FTSE Russell included Head of Index Sales for Canada and Regional Director for Americas Distribution Sales, where Gerard successfully implemented key initiatives that boosted sales performance. Earlier experience at Bloomberg LP involved consulting on Multi-Asset investment strategies. Gerard holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Philosophy and Pre-Law from St. Bonaventure University.
