Marcus Rees

Marcus Rees is an experienced senior leader in customer support and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support for Data & Analytics at LSEG since October 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Marcus has held prominent roles including Chief Operating Officer at JME Education (UK) Limited, and various directorial positions at London Stock Exchange and Refinitiv, where leadership of global support teams and strategic service excellence were critical. Prior experience at Thomson Reuters involved significant contributions to service management, communications, and transformation initiatives. Marcus holds an MA in Professional Development in Management from the University of Exeter and a BA (Hons) in Economics and Politics from Oxford Brookes University.
