Phil Gousman

Phil Gousman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data strategy and partnerships within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Director of Data Strategy & Partnerships at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since June 2022, Phil leads a team focused on developing and integrating strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings in digital identity and fraud solutions. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Vice President at Global Data Consortium, which was acquired by LSEG, and served as Director of Global Data Partnerships at Ekata, where significant contributions included establishing the company as a leader in digital identity verification data. Phil’s earlier experience at TUNE involved various leadership roles focusing on business development and corporate strategy, and included responsibilities ranging from M&A evaluation to partnership management. Phil began the career as a Discovery Attorney at Perkins Coie LLP and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Washington, along with two Doctor of Law degrees from Brooklyn Law School and the University of Washington School of Law.
